Mosaic Restaurant & Lounge is conveniently located in the heart of downtown near the corner of South First and San Carlos in the Historic Hotel Montgomery. The atmosphere offers two distinctive styles: the main dining room offers an abundance of seating for parties large or small, including a separate and secluded private dining room with a window view of our kitchen. Our Lounge features intimate seating with low back chairs, couches and candle lit tables. The Lounge is considered one of the most stylish bars in San Jose, with distinctive design elements such as cement exposed walls, drawn silk sheer coverings, stunning lighting, and stained concrete flooring. Mosaic's lounge offers the perfect combination of urban feel with a warm and welcoming tone. The Restaurant Cuisine is Continental with an American/Asian twist. The menu offers everything to satisfy whatever it is you may be craving from a hearty Rib-eye sandwich, Herb Crusted Halibut or a Neapolitan Pork Chop. The Lounge offers hand-crafted, house infused cocktails and nearly 100 brands of super-chilled premium vodka from around the world. The Mosaic Plaza with outdoor bar, lounge and dining area is a true oasis in Downtown San Jose. Guests can soak up the sun on the comfortable couches and over-sized ottomans under a grove of olive trees or play bocce ball on one of our outdoor courts. Mosaic also offers dueling happy hours beginning from 2pm to 7pm Monday thru Friday, 5pm to 7pm on Saturdays and Sundays, and our Late Happy Hour Thursday thru Saturday from 10pm to Midnight. Our Happy Hours feature their very own unique menu with specialty appetizers and discounted cocktails and domestic and imported beer specials. The Mosaic Restaurant & Lounge is the ideal venue for private parties, business meetings or special events for groups of 10-250 people. Our Executive Chef will tailor the perfect menu for sit-down dinners or standing receptions.
