Executive Chef/co-owner Doanh Huynh and co-owner Dao Diep have combined their talent and experience to open Hue L'Amour Restaurant, showcasing family-inspired Vietnamese cuisine attractively priced.
The warm and engaging decor at Hue L'Amour has been created by Komoot Ngaojutha and reflects the childhood memories of Chef Huynh who grew up near the Perfume River in Hue, Vietnam. These memories, brought to life in the form of a boat-shaped bar, embodying the vision of a traditional riverside floating market.
