With the doors officially open on Saturday June 9th of 2007, Gossip Ultralounge instantly became the premier nightlife venue in the Peninsula. Here, you will find live DJâ•˙s spinning versatile sets in different genres of music, live bands, comedy, and so much more. Located at 401 E. Third Avenue in Downtown San Mateo, Gossip houses a great bar with some of the best drink special and house special cocktails and shooter shots. The food menu is one that will satisfy everyone. There are lots of lounge seating for those looking to hang out and talk while watching television, playing pool, and listening to great music. The venue features two large flat screens at the bar and two 90╡ projector screens. And on any given night, we bring out the Nintendo Wii and have ourselves some bowling and homerun derby competitions. At Gossip Ultralounge, we do it all. With music ranging from Hip-Hop to 80â•˙s to Salsa to Merengue to 80â•˙s and so much more. We house birthday parties, corporate parties, and celebrations of all sorts. Comedy is a staple in our facilities. Community events are a constant with us at Gossip. No one does a photo-shoot or a fashion show quite like the people of Gossip Ultralounge.
