Fluid is San Francisco's Ultra Lounge. It is a celebration of elegance, beauty, and excitement. Boasting a one of a kind, computer-controlled lit walkway and bar which can create infinite colors and patterns, the space is unforgettable from the moment you step in.
David Oldroyd of world renowned Orlando Diaz-Azcuy Designs (Peninsula Hong Kong Hotel Pool and Spa, Masa's Restaurant, headquarters of Levi Strauss & Co.) created the ultimate bar, lounge, and club experience - Fluid.
His vision of an ultralounge for those who enjoy the elegant, modern, exciting has produced a stylish venue to drink, relax, and dance that is unique in all of the world.
Design - Fluid Bar and Lounge was designed by Orlando Diaz Azcuy Designs. The striking, white, Louise Nevelson inspired walls create a bright, airy space with light continuously dancing on the lacquered panel-mirror mosaics. Off the dance floor is a velvet-draped VIP Lounge where guests can gather in cozy niches. Filled with lounge seating, from blue suede sofas to the innovative "ghost" Philippe Starck chairs, no details have been overlooked in this ultimate experience.
The Walkway - is a masterpiece of engineering. By incorporating the latest materials and lighting, Fluid has been able to create the first of its kind lit walkway. The lighting is controlled by a computer, powerful enough to create endless colors and patterns.
Bar - the same lighting in the walkway is also infused into the bar, allowing designs and colors to dance throughout the main room of Fluid. The bar is a large rectangular island bar designed in white Corian and Glass.
